Please Be Our Last One
It really has been a mild winter so far, so we really shouldn’t be complaining. It looks like this season might just be a one and done type of snow year. As a kid growing up in a family of teachers, I was a fan of snow because that meant a day off for everyone! The past few years having to deal with snow and owning the bakery was a nightmare. I now despise the snow - ugh! We are hoping this will be our last big snowstorm or at least our last Pennsylvania winter - 30+ inches and counting! We were tempted to sell our snow blower at a premium the day before the snowstorm was coming! Thank goodness we didn’t - as we would have never gotten shoveled out. The snow plow didn’t even make it down our road today! We spent a good 6 hours cleaning out - who says the snow is all fun and games?
