Tampa RV Show

Despite the largest RV show (Hershey, PA) in the country being located less than 100 miles away from us, it is hard to resist a reason to sneak away to Florida in January. The Florida RV Super Show in Tampa, FL is the epicenter of coaches, sunshine, gadgets, play trees, vendors, sunshine, campgrounds, and everything related to the wonderful RV life. Oh and did we mention, it is warm & sunny in Florida in January?

We joined with our good friends, Jay & Karen (Florida residents, Ex-Pennsylvania folks), to tour a laundry list of trailers & motorhomes at the Tampa Show. Although we had read about so many Workamping opportunities, it was our first time meeting in person with representatives from a variety of job sites - Amazon Camperforce, Yellowstone, Beet Harvest, Campgrounds, etc. It was great to see the demand for workampers continues to grow. Maybe we CAN make this work?

And any trip to Florida isn't complete with our toes being in the sand and seeing at least one good sunset...

And back to snowy PA we go.....
