Selling Our Travel Trailer, ME-LAS
With our jet boat gone, our GMC Yukon gone, & our house on the market it felt like we were liquidating all our assets! One of the last major things we needed to get rid of was our travel trailer! This was the camper that we took our first trip in and the one that made us realize that we could live in something like that. It was the beginning of the dream to live the full-time RV lifestyle. We truly loved our Forest River Salem 27RKSS travel trailer and we were sad to see “ME-LAS” go.
We had casually listed the travel trailer on RVTrader.com and eBay.com. We had received a few inquiries, but many were from across the country. Once Spring arrived, we decided it was time to list in locally. After a few hours on a local Facebook Yard Sale site, we had several people interested. We received an offer and had a buyer by that evening. While we were sad to see our first trailer go, we were so thrilled that it was going to such an awesome family. We hope they create many more awesome memories in that trailer! Congratulations on your purchase & have fun, Gorski family!
Where did the name “ME-LAS” come from? Take a look in the rear-view mirror at our Salem travel trailer and you will immediately find the source! Russ was joking about names and suggested ME-LAS. I was so confused by why he thought of that name. After explaining it to me, the name just stuck! Adios, ME-LAS - thanks for the memories!
