Campground Review: Seasons in the Sun RV Resort
We had joy, we had fun, we had Seasons in the Sun! So these song lyrics kept coming to mind during our stay at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort located in Mims, FL on the Space Coast of Florida. While this campground wasn’t where we were planning to stay in the Titusville area, it ended up being an enjoyable stop. There are several different sections in the campground, some that feature gravel, highly-shaded sites while in other sections you will find wide-open paved sites. Seasons in the Sun RV Resort is well-maintained and most of the lots are fairly large. While sometimes we prefer a paved site, we really enjoyed our site that was tucked in among the trees and palms.
The pool area was very nice with a pool, separate lap pool, and hot tub. During our stay at Seasons in the Sun RV Resort, the temperatures were rather chilly so even a heated pool didn’t draw us in. From the outside, the large clubhouse also appeared to be well-kept. There were also tennis courts that we being used for pickleball.
There were several bathhouses located throughout the park where you could find laundry facilities as well. These areas were fairly dated, but kept clean. Some of them had to be accessed using dirt nature trails. The campground did have several wi-fi hotspots, but we were not able to access any of them from our site. However, we could have walked to those areas to use them. Cable was available, but not digital so we opted to use our antenna & satellite instead.
It was conveniently located about a mile off of I-95. If you are looking to be close to Canaveral National Seashore or Kennedy Space Center, making Seasons in the Sun RV Resort a great place to stay during your visit.
